General principles:
A receipt must be presented upon return of product(s). This is a primary requisite. All customers are highly valued at Mincost and we are extremely careful in our choice of products so that we give maximum value for your money but with the highest standards of quality and reliability. Our policy on returned products as set out in this leaflet does not affect, and is in addition to, your statutory rights. NON FAULTY RETURNS:
FAULTY RETURNS WITHIN 28 DAYSWe will refund exchange or repair any defective product returned to us within 28 days of purchase, subject to the conditions listed below. FAULTY RETURNS AFTER 28 DAYSFor domestic users, after 28 days from date of purchase, we will arrange repair of any defective product returned to us within 1 year subject to the conditions stated below. If a repair is not economic we may offer a credit note or refund of the purchase price. For all our customers who are using our equipment for professional purposes, this warranty is limited to three months from the date of purchase unless guaranteed for a longer period by the manufacturer.
